Meditation is a helpful tool for any family but it is especially helpful to one with a highly intuitive kid. Meditation is scientifically proven to help calm the central nervous system, reduces stress, promotes productivity, helps you stay focused, improves relationships, and regulates moods.

Incorporating a daily practice of meditating for just 1 minute will help these children become more mindful of how they feel and give them a tool to self regulate and move through any experiences they face.
